One of our clients who is an international  water specialist company modified a new one 40ft  shipping container in order to make ergonomic portable unit  with type of water treatment system installed inside of it. See some photos of the result.

At the photos you can see the process of making a damaged container with damages at the corner post, side panel, plywood floor and iso corner casting into a seaworthy container with IICL6 standards.

We used 3x40ft used shipping containers , put hem together and created a spac of 90 sq meters . We are ready in our new offices to talk about your project..

Working for one of our clients , a shipping agency, we repaired 2 containers according  to ISO and IICL prototypes in order to to be shipped with safety.

We measured the damage and by following all the appropriate standards we cut the pieces of the right corner posts of each container and we added the new material.  We prepared the new adding material by using the disc cutters, grinding tools etc, then an undercoat paint was applied and finally the paint colors of the leasing company.

Attention: In order not to lose the statics of the container and deadly or harmful accidents occur, do not try similar repairs on your own. There are certain ISO rules for safety that must be considered. Ask for guidance a specialist of Metcon.

Separation of 40ft container into 2 warehouses of 9 & 3 meters to match the needs of an event planning business located in Santorini.

Following our client’s order we installed a side door , using the side panel of the shipping container in order to decrease the total cost and create something that is uniform and practical.  In this way we managed to fulfill the needs of our client and he could have his old warehouse next to the new one just by opening a door..
