Creating a guardhouse with space around 7 sq meters  from a shipping container by installing electricity , lights, A/C , insulation from polyourethane panel and painted in a sandy color.

From 2 x 40 ft containers, we formed 4-meter long warehouses, we placed security rolls and dyed them in the customer’s choice color. With DEXION shelving type, accessories in adjustment level shelving and vertical dividers are creating the system’s flexibility and the capacity of adjusting it in accordance with the storage needs of the goods.

For the needs of a big chain supermarket we delivered at different places-stores  modified containers adjusted at the meters required in order to feet in place. We also put windows for clean air.  At two of the  stores in Kalamata and Nafplio we also constructed some metal bases in order to fit the height of the container with the loading ramps. Modified container with double door in the back. Two entrances and exits in order to achieve best service provided for their customers. The container will be used as  a pop up store for Public stores. Waterproof and perfectly sealed with special construction of a steel door consisted of 3mm thickness of steel , attached in 3 hinges each door and mounted with special waterproofing rubber plastic. In the end it is painted in same Ral color as the container.

Door construction in 20ft container for warehouse usage to a private tourist company in Corfu.

We constructed and installed two side doors from  the same panel of  container with safety locks and aftewards we put for insulation  polyourethane panel with width of 5cm in a way that the existing  container doors can also be used. The container type is a 20ft HC one way and the use of it will be  for storage of electrical equipment.
